Very impressive local company that really strives to deliver on both product and customer service.
I've started a hunt for a fireplace seller/installer about four months ago to replace an aging wood-burning unit during a reno. I was never upsold, remarketed to, or otherwise bothered during my search - they answered my questions promptly and left me alone while I was doing my research, which is very refreshing in this day and age.
Once I chose a unit (I ended up choosing a gas-burning fireplace), they removed my old insert AHEAD of time, waited for me to rebuild my wall to new specs, and installed
