Need some accessories for your hot tub? Stop by our retail location we have a large variety of accessories for all your hot tub needs! No single factor is more essential for hot tub or pool water quality than your filtration system. A soiled, clogged or worn-out spa filter will fail in its job of trapping contaminants.
Test PH level with test strips, the PH level should be maintained at 6-8 - 7.0 for best results. In hard water areas for added protection against staining and scale formation, add regular weekly dosage of 3 capfulls of *Dazzle Stain and Scale, apply directly to water with pump operating. Allow water to circulate for at least 15 minutes and leave cover off for minimum of 1 hour.

If the old cover still fits, you can take the measurements to use for verification purposes. If the measurements between the hot tub and the old cover differ at all, it is advised to use the measurements from the hot tub itself. When taking the length and width measurements, ensure you provide them to us in inches, rounding up to the nearest inch.

Had a problem with our hot tub that we purchased from another supplier. After numerous and time-consuming interactions, couldn't get any resolve from that supplier or the tub's manufacturer. Went to Great Escape and, within minutes, they told me how I could fix my problem by myself at a cost of LESS THAN FIVE DOLLARS. I was willing to pay over a hundred dollars for a service call but was assured that I could fix it myself. They provided me with the steps on how to do it and they were concise and accurate.

Bought a refurbished hot tub here over 6 years ago and just recently replaced the cover. The website has detailed instructions for measuring for a new cover since, due to Covid, they aren't sending anyone out to measure anymore.
Cover arrived in agreed upon timeframe and was exactly what we ordered. I do wish the woman I'd spoken to had alerted me that the new cover was a 5"-to-3" slope. We had always been told by the owner, Geoff, that a 4"-to-3" was sufficient for our size of spa. We could have saved a couple hundred dollars.

Very impressed with the service I received. Ron was very knowledgeable and let me know the issue and explained everything very well. This is the first time I had to have any work done on the tub. Very impressed with the installation of our new tub! The previous home owner had built a deck around the old tub, as well as an overhang structure. It served well to protect the tub and allowed us to enjoy a soak during rainy days, but we knew replacing the tub would be a challenge. Great Escape did it!! The landscaping around our house also posed a big challenge to moving large hot tubs in and out of the back yard. The team showed up on time, were courteous, and not once complained about a hot tub removal/installation that seemed almost impossible! Thank you!!

Bought a used hot tub online.. turned out to be a former employee of Great Escape. He arranged JR and A crew of guys to disconnect, transport and reconnect the tub on site at my place. They did not leave until everything was up and running and strived for perfection. Gave us a crash course on proper chemical and tub care. Two of the guys refused to leave my property, They requested they meet the dog that was in the house lol Friendly and helpful guys! Highly recommend Thanks!!

One of the best customer experiences I have encountered. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and provided a number of options that were helpful. We ended up going with a refurbished hot tub, which we have used for thr last month, without issue. The deals they have on refurbished tubs are worth looking at. Once this one goes, we will definately be coming back. Their attention to deal and ove value has made us customers for life.

Stay clear of this place for repairs. After sending someone to look at the hot tub they didn't bother to let me know that they couldn't repair it. After the third phone call, over a week later the owner returned my call and didn't know what I was talking about until I reminded him. Then he said, oh yeah, we can't fix that, and we can't get the part. Didn't even let me know. I checked, the part is available on Amazon for next day delivery and the repair person explained the whole process of fixing it from start to finish. When I told him that he got huffy and rude and basically hung up.

After researching and shopping for a few months we decided to buy from Great Escape. That was a year ago. This company knows what they are doing and were very helpful. They wanted us to have the right tub for our needs. The owner of the company dropped by a day or two after the install

We have had nothing but great experiences there! We bought a refurbished hot tub and it has been amazing. They made it look new, with all new parts and had it delivered and installed. Jeff is amazingly knowledgeable and knows his stuff. If you need a great hot tub for a great price, with great support then look no further. I highly recommend
