Budget Drainage showed up in our place due to our sump pump issues . After they review and did all inspection he mentioned you need control panel as well as replacement sump pump and cost you few thousand Dollars . After they started digging in very bad condition weather their estimate to $15000 and put us in situation only dealing with them . After three weeks the whole system was broken down and when we ask them fix with too much money you have already charged they brought another excuse and send us email this is only related to one old pump which we didnt change and if you want you must pay

They showed up in our place and with low quote verbally start to work but after 2 days their quote change from few thousand to more than 10 thousands , their invoice us some thing and when we review the breakdown list we figure out in their invoice had some items never used in job site as well as over charge extremely more the market value as well as not at all responsible for thier support for the job they have done . His is an absolutely terrible company. It is a scam, unprofessional, dishonest, rude, impolite irresponsible, and is incompetent! They charged me $13,000, and after merely 3 weeks the entire system broke down. To fix the breakdown, the owner demanded another $1500. Nevertheless, I denied it after checking the invoice for the material he had charged me for. For the material, he charged me 60% more than the regular market price. After bringing this to his attention, he proceeded to call me cheap and other similar insults in front of me and my neighbor. This showcases extremely rude behavior. In

Called to ask for a quote for a drainage job on a waterfront renovation. Rudely told not to waste their time and accused of being a "do it yourselfer". If this company jumps to conclusions this quickly and entirely incorrectly before even qualifying what I was looking for, I would look elsewhere. In my books a company should first seek to understand what a client is looking for and how they can provide a solution that will meet a client's needs. Instead, he told me I was wasting his time. Really great crew that does more than drainage! We had Rob and the team inspect and upgrade our perimeter drainage. Similar to a previous review, they showed up promptly and started the job quickly. They kept me in the loop as the project progressed and were patient as I asked many many questions (and my 7 yr old asked Darren many more too!). After the drainage was flowing nicely, I asked Rob for recommendations on landscapers.. turns out they do hardscape work too. Rob, Darrin, and Mike were extremely professional, quick, friendly and provided the best pricing. A day after I reached out to Budget Drainage, Rob came by and assessed the problem on the spot. By 9 am, Rob provided me a great estimate and said they could replace my waterline on the same day. They located the problem areas with their cable camera and unfortunately they were at either ends of our back garden. Rob and his team utilized their pull-through technology to repair and replace the lines with minimal digging and no trenches through the property. Our house had big time drainage issues. It's an 85 year old house and the drainage had never been replaced or even repaired. The sewer pipe was backing up and the perimeter drainage was non existent. Rob and the team at Budget did a great job replacing everything and organizing the project around the weather. I felt they really listened to my concerns as a home owner and now I don't have to worry during the heavy rains.

We were long overdue for a full perimeter drainage replacement. Rob was quick to respond to our concerns and was very thorough. The team clearly took pride in their work as the cleanup and pathway replacement along the side of our home was better than when they started which made us feel like we were not just throwing our money down the PVC drain. This was by far the best service from any company I have worked with. We had a massive drainage issue that required a lot of subcontractors. Rob handled it all and even went the extra mile to construct some steps so it was easier to get around outside. The price was reasonable and I had total trust in his team. I cannot recommend them more highly.
