Like so many I was a victim of the enormous amount of rain that fell during October and November that caused water to flood my basement. Wanting to know if this could have been preventable, a family friend referred me to Carlo Bandiera of Westside Drainage. I called Carlo and he asked me some questions and advised me on some temporary measures I could promptly put into effect as we scheduled an appointment. I called West Side Drainage to scope my perimeter drainage system because I was having trouble identifying a water leak. Carlo was onsite the next morning, and when I explained the problem I was having, Carlo immediately felt the drainage was not the issue, he had another hunch and encouraged me to open the drywall from the inside with his guidance. From there he was able to identify the source of the leak based on clues inside the wall, a huge relief to resolve this mystery. I was only charged for his time which was a lot less than the original scope of work. I highly recommend Carlo based on

They don't use a receptionist but the owner or the manager answers phone calls himself. He is cranky, rude and condescending. He won't let you ask any questions, will make sure you know you are a bother. He will let you know that he is busy and too busy to talk so you. Too busy to do anything for you. Too busy to schedule anything.

What a joke!! I was just told over the phone by "Carlo" that he does not provide a free estimate for replacing drain tiles around the property. He keeps emphasizing on "scoping the drains out" . Carlos I understand you are desperately trying to make money off your camera, however there is always that old house out there that does not NEED scoping, instead clients are looking to replace the entire system. How is your scoping going to help???

Recommended For Any Drainage Repair or Plumbing Jobs- We hired West Side Drainage Services Ltd. for the drainage tile repair, after dealing with a number of plumbing companies that did not only misdiagnose the whole drainage issues but also asked for a ridiculous amount of money. The drainage repair and maintenance was done in a timely matter. It was great to be able to say goodbyes to our wet basement. The team definitely strikes for professionalism, integrity and workmanship.
