As a second-generation plumber, Ben Wennes grew up learning what it takes to operate and manage a successful plumbing and heating business. After years of gaining valuable skills and insight from his father and other reputable Vancouver based plumbing and heating companies, he envisioned opening a business of his own.
Call 604-355-7322 and ask for an inspection specialist to schedule a complete plumbing system and fixture inspection service. Your inspection includes tests on the operation of all plumbing fixtures, a photo database of all fixtures and (potential) recommendations. Finally, you will have all recommendations on a carbon copy report.

We needed emergency service just before the holidays - there was a crack in our main sewage line and our floors and walls were compromised. It was a bit of a miracle, but Drips and Drains had a crew that was in our neighbourhood finishing up another job and they were able to pop in and repair the pipe (which a restoration crew had isolated for them to come in for quick access; the repair would've been a lot more costly and time consuming had this crew not been there to open the drywall and allow photos and videos of the damaged pipe).

Drips and Drains were recommended to us by a close colleague and friend and we haven't looked back.
Since we purchased our ~110 year old home back in January of 2021 we've used Drips & Drains to replace our drain tile, upgrade our sewer, upgrade our main, and redoing virtually all of the plumbing and heating throughout the house.
I will continue to use Drips and Drains for any and all of my plumbing and heating needs, and can't recommend them enough. Ben & Kris as well as there entire team - John, Iain, Rylan, etc. were all great to work with, communicated extremely well, and their professionalism

I highly recommend this company. I have an apartment building that they have been servicing and have also used them for my home repairs. Our recent repair involved a garburator replacement and kitchen sink caucking in our home, in which Ian, the technician, did a fine job. Again, I highly recommend this company.

Ben and his crew at Drips and Drains were fantastic. We recently had them work in our house to add a water shut off on our main floor. Do not use this company unless you want incompetent plumbers that put your families life at risk.
We have a gas boiler and 2 of our zones were not working. Our regular plumber was unable to come when we needed, so we tried out Drips and Drains. Never again.
While the specific issue was resolved (pump part was broken and needed replacing), our entire experience was horrible. Firstly, the junior plumber did not appear to know what he was doing and took over 7 hours to perform the job. Our suspicions were confirmed following the job when we started to smell an off smell coming from our crawl space

Very happy to have found the team at Drips and Drains. The service is exceptional as well as their communication and their quality of workmanship. Plus they're really nice people. Called them out from a blocked sewage line, which they did a great job on and have used them for other plumbing and heating jobs 3 times since and will continue to use them in the future.

Very quick response from Drips & Drains. Was able to get a plumber in the next day to investigate a leak from my hot water heater. I was given excellent advice and when the plumber did not have the replacement part on hand he was quickly able to create it.
The plumber Ian was respectful of my home and wore a mask (COVID times as I am writing). He installed a new kitchen faucet while the tank was draining. It was a tricky, rusty task but he did it well and again left us with good advice!
I received an invoice the next day with many ways to pay including my preferred option of eTransfer.

I sent in an online request for a plumber, I had a response and time booked almost immediately. John and Julian both worse masks, they were so kind and helpful. They kept us in the loop while they worked, they cleaned after themselves, took the garbage and recycling and had the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any plumbing project.
