In spite of being very busy, Jeff responded by email promptly to our web request for help and made us a priority because we’d had repeated basement flooding in late Nov. 2021. He showed up exactly when he said he would (7:00 a.m.), quickly located our sump for us and scoped the drainage line to see if our basement flooding was caused by a city sewer problem or blockage on our side of the property line. After having some moisture and water seepage into our basement after heavy rains, we called Jeff to replace our drain tile. He was professional and always took the time to answer our questions and alleviate any concerns that we had. He always arrived when expected and completed the job at a fair price. We were impressed with how quickly and thoughtfully he identified and solved the perimeter drain problems. At every step he explained to us what he was doing. Jeff came by quickly to determine if there were any issues with our perimeter drainage as we were seeing damp spots in our crawlspace. He found a plugged spot and did a flush of the whole perimeter. He showed me on a camera how all the lines looked from the inside before and after. Very informative.

We contacted Jeff regarding a water main problem in our duplex. He answered my text quite promptly and came by on a Sunday to take a look at the problem.
By then, the problem had already been fixed by another plumber cie but I really appreciated Jeff’s help with further questions which he kindly took his time to answer them.

Urban Water Works installed a new water main for us. When we realized we had a leaking pipe in our driveway, we contacted a couple of plumbing companies. One told us they had a waiting list of 2 months and to call them back if we didn't find anyone else. Jeff however, was able to come and look at the problem the day after we contacted him. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and patiently explained to us how the work was progressing whenever we approached him. Instead of cutting thru the walkway, you tunneled thru the walkway during intense hot summer weather- very much appreciated by me and all future owners of the house.
The sound of constant running water by the front door of our house caused me a lot of grief. The City Water Emergency engineer arrived within the hour, advised that the water line from house to city water main was leaking water, and a plumber was needed – they noted that Urban Waterworks was quite good at pricing
