David was very good at explaining what had gone wrong with the humidifier, and how this was determining the resulting difficultiy with the furnace. He talked about the options available to me....repair or remove the humidifier at this time. Because my furnace was original to the house, suggested that although there were no problems now, in time I might consider a replacement....David also explained the higher efficiency of a new applia nce. At all times he explained very well, was not at all *pushy*, gave me options to consider, and I didn't feel rushed to make decisions. He was pleasant and competent

This was my third time using Plumbing Paramedics. First two were for leaks. This time had the old poly b pipes replaced, it was finally time. Matt came on Monday to quote the job. He answered all my questions, and took the time to go into detail about everything that was going to be done. Matt and Chris started work on Wednesday and finished Thursday. They were awesome and professional. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you're looking for experience and quality work I can't recommend Matt and Chris enough. Thanks again!

From the time I called into plumbing paramedics everyone was super helpful and very professional! I had a leaking valve on my in floor heating pipe.
They scheduled me in right away, which was AMAZING as we are headed into a deep freeze in YYC.
Ben the technician was very knowledgeable and professional and looked over my unit to make sure that everything was squared away.
He was super kind to help me find an extra part that needed to be replaced on my boiler and came back the next day to install it.
I would 100% recommended this company to friends and family.

I called Plumbing Paramedics after the blower motor appeared to have died on our furnace. I called a couple other places but they were booking into next week which really wasn't useful as its the first cold days of this winter. They booked me in and Jake was over quickly and was able to troubleshoot, get parts and was done by 4:30-5:00 pm. Judging by the other (albeit useless) quotes they are more expensive but they were there when we needed them. Jake was very personable and professional. He mentioned other services quickly and other options but when we decided what we wanted to do he actioned

We came home to a good sized puddle in our basement and quickly called the Plumbing & Heating Paramedics (via a referral from someone in our neighbourhood) .
