We had an issue with our furnace and gave them a call since we received one of their fridge magnets in the mail. The magnet says $75.00 off furnace repair however when the tech got to our place he said cause the repair required no parts due to a plugged drain, we owed $288.00 and they would not honour the $75.00 off a repair because no parts were required.
We asked him to call his boss on this and we got the same response. No where on the magnet does it say your repair needs to use parts and since the furnace was not working till he diagnosed the issue and then repaired the issue It was a repair

BEWARE, this company scams the elderly. They are way overpriced and our experience was, four days later the problem re occurred. We asked them to come again to rectify the problem and they were going to charge the same amount as they initiallycharged which was outrageous. $557.00. We hired someone else and found the problem with the sewer line still persisted Pro Star or Sunridge plumbing did not Access the line in the correct area.When we hired them we knew exactly what the problem was but they charged us to tell us what we had already told them. Very argumentative when confronted and asked them

I appreciated Andrews Help and Humour in what was an Unfortunate Dilemma. We had arrived home from a winter vacation to find that our Furnace had failed and as a result Frozen and burst several water pipes.
I Thankfully put in a call to Sunridge and they, Andrew specifically, were
able to repair the Furnace and the damaged water pipes. My sincerest
