After a successful a/c replacement we called them back when our furnace quick working. First Jesse replaced one part then said we also needed another. After $1000 it was supposed to be fixed. 3 months later it seemed not to be able to keep up in the cold spell and it had never felt comfortably warm the whole time in between and it had us questioning our new replacement windows! After our own furnace investigation we found the old hydrostatic filters still in place and completely plugged. After taking them out the furnace is working better than ever. Can't believe a furnace tech wouldn't check airflow

This company is awesome. I had called another company to come in and check my furnace on an emergency basis. The other company charged me $470 and basically did nothing. They provided me quotes for repairs they said we're needed. They ranged between $2500 and $5000. I called harmony they sent a gentleman named Greg out. He showed up 30 minutes early which was awesome. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace. He performed a diagnostic and it turned out it was just the flame sensor. I asked if he could put in a new one, he said he didn't have that model with him. He did remove the

Harmony Heating and AC installed my garage gas heater unit. They initiated communication with me within the same day of simply emailing them/using their website. The home visit was conducted within a week with many schedule options and the evaluator (Jeff) was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. I was in touch with him with several inquiries over the next 2 weeks for both garage heaters and AC machines which he answered.
Brian and Tyler did my installation and they did a great job. They were efficient, clean, professional, on time, and good all around guys. Gave me advice as well

The Harmony team installed two new furnaces at one of my rental places. I found this company through Home depot installation service. Initially I have to wait for a few weeks to have them come on site and provide a quotation. (I guess they are super busy). But once Anthony came on site, he provided a quotation on the same day and have crew to install the furnaces within 2 weeks which is super fast compare to other company which they come on site very quick but the scheduled installation time is a least a couple of months away. By the way, Harmony team done the job in one day but other company quote

Great service from start to finish! Everyone at Harmony was very responsive and professional. They installed a garage unit heater for us. The installation looks great and everything works well. They even took care of registering the warranty on the new Lennox Unit Heater they installed for us. Highly recommend!

We need it to upgrade the original two furnaces and install AC.
Harmony sent Anthony, who did our quote. He was knowledgeable and he knew what he was talking about inspiring confidence in dealing with him. We felt very comfortable with his plan and suggestions. He answered all our question and made the process easy.
Kyle and Dante did an amazing job in installing the units (they had to install 3 units in two days). They arrived at the scheduled time. They worked hard, clean and efficient to complete the install within the 2 days time frame.

I had called another furnace company in town who had told me that I needed a part for my air conditioner that cost $800 and would take 6 hours to install. Phoned Harmony for a second opinion. They came out and diagnosed what was wrong in short order, a 50 dollar part that took them 5 minutes to install. I can’t recommend them enough. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair. Again, would highly highly recommend. This is who you want.

I'm not sure why I was so worried. Harmony looked after everything start to finish including permits. Their work was very solid, and the installers, Brian and Tyler, were professional and made onsite recommendations for an increase in equipment longevity.
Finally the initial quote and equipment recommendation experience was very good. Anthony knew his technical details, and also how best to tackle the project.
