We have used Reliant to maintain our furnace and a/c for years. Marty and Aaron have done thorough, high quality work for us each time. We have never had a furnace or a/c failure yet. It pays to keep on top of preventive maintenance with people who know what they are doing.

Aaron showed up to setup our new AC last month. He arrived on time and actually waited for me because I was late. He was incredibly helpful in teaching me about how to use everything and was knowledgeable enough about it that he probably could have done the job blindfolded.

Our furnace stopped working on a weekend and reliant sent a tech out on a Sunday at dinner time so we’d have heat. Aaron was kind, informative and did an amazing job repairing our issue. I will continue using them for our hVac needs and will recommend them to our friends and family.

Marty was amazing, from the first call and then the quote Marty was a star.
Marty came the next day after I called for an estimate. I explained what I wanted to accomplish and Marty made a plan to make it happen.
We have a 20yr old home and furnace with poor air flow from most vents. We wanted more cool air to the second floor in the summer and more warm air to the basement in the winter without making the main floor uncomfortable. Marty made it happen.
Out of 4 companies I had come to my home and give me a quote, Reliant was the only one that actually listened and understood what I needed instead

Had an A/C appointment booked for an annual check up. Received a call 4 days prior to appointment (after booking 2 weeks out) saying they can't make the appointment due to being busy and mostly because they didn't install the A/C unit so they don't care to service it. The rest of our HVAC system in our house was put in through Reliant however I guess that wasn't enough business for them to make us a "good client".

Zero stars. Absolute crap. We have had our ac unit for approximately 3 months. Tomorrow will be our 4th service call and now my furnace fan isn't blowing to even circulate cold air from the basement. Its 25 degrees inside my house and thats on the shaded main floor. Never again will we use this company, nor recommend it.
