We primarily service the Edmonton area but have completed many projects throughout Alberta. Our Edmonton location offers the complete range of foundation repair and underpinning solutions needed to ensure homes and buildings are re-stabilized. We also offer structural engineering services, drafting, and inspections.

Whether it is a new PWF (Preserved Wood Foundation) basement or an interior structural basement wall system that needs upgrading, repairing or even replacing. Abarent has the engineering and construction capability to serve your basement's specific needs. We have evolved the PWF process over the past 20 years and have set the industry standard for PWF reinforcement walls.
For foundation settlement problems, we use either a Concentrically installed Steel Pipe Push Pile or an end bearing Screw Pile. What system we use depends on specific criteria which will determine method. Our experienced staff and Engineering Department will analyze your needs and come up with a detailed remediation plan.

Travis and his team recently completed a foundation repair for us. Workers were great - tidy and professional. Luckily we were home while the work was being done because they accidentally dropped a wheelbarrow of gravel on our irrigation system head breaking it and causing water to pour out. When we talked to Travis about repairing it he said they… were not responsible sue to the contract we signed. We never expected that this would not be repaired. He agreed to cover the repairs out of his pocket hoping his wife would mot be upset. We ended up doing the work ourselves for $100. He then

Abarent construction is an amazing company to work with. Very professional & their rates are competitive and fair. They do the job quickly which was important to me so that residents could get on with their daily routine quickly. even when they were there - they were very professional and easy to work with. In terms of payment they made it easy for me to work around my other bills but have them paid in a timely manner. I would recommend abarent to anyone with ANY issues or concerns regarding their residential /or commercial foundation repair.

Incredible awesome crew working on my basement....on the 5th day which was to be the last day of work at my house...I thought in the morning when I left for work that there would be no way they would finish everything that needed to be done. To my surprise when I came home they were finishing up basically just sweeping up all the dirt off the sidewalk and street. Absolutely blew me away with the amount of work that was done in such a short amount of time. Definitely recommend this company for anyone needing their services.
