Reasonable price, but I don't not like they they don't give booking times apart from morning or afternoon. Also when the man came to unclog my drain he was asked to look at the basement for a small leak but he said he was not a plumber so he couldn't give any type of feedback.

I didn't catch the man's name, but whoever attended to our sewer this morning was great. He was kind, understanding and very professional. Would easily recommend and use Drain Doctor again. We called at 8:30 this morning, and he arrived before 10AM and was finished just an hr after.
