I had David and his selected subcontractors finish my basement early in 2021 so that I could have an "Inspiration Room" where I can do creative stuff: painting, reading, yoga, light wine consumption, etc. I asked for drywall, ceiling, flooring, lighting, and general finishing. Everything has been done with care and true craftsmanship. There are no parts of the work that were left as "good enough"; everything is "excellent".

Litwiller Renovations renovated our entire main floor during the Covid 19 pandemic. The project stayed within our budget and options were provided if any potential cost overruns were encountered. We have been using Litwiller Renovations & Custom Homes for 13 years, and wouldn't even consider another company. Our home was built in the late 60's and over the years has needed major renovations to all areas of the living space. After the initial restoration to entirely update an older home, we have redone our kitchen (replaced floors, counter tops, back splash, sinks, faucets) and removed the carpet from the family room and replaced it with hardwood.....our current project is a renovation of the upper level...we are upgrading two bathrooms in entirety, replacing wooden railings with glass,
