Grit construction is incredible. I bought new construction in Philadelphia from Grit one year ago, and could not be more pleased with the quality of our home, and Grit's attentiveness. GRIT Construction built the development in Norris Square where I bought a home. They did an amazing job on the house and they have been a pleasure to work with. They were extremely responsive in answering questions and have a very talented team - Blake especially was awesome he worked closely with me and fixed whatever minor issues he saw on the spot so the house was perfect for move in.

Buy homes built with GRIT. Seriously. After researching other builders, I was glad I chose a house built by GRIT. They made sure the house was in tip-top shape and fixed anything that wasn't - to a superb quality, by the way. Blake was super-responsive and pro-active about making sure that everything in the house was top-notch quality.
I'm nothing short of impressed with this company.

I sold one of Grit Construction's properties to my daughter. The President of the company, Sean Pincus, talked a really good game as she was deciding. She trusted what he said about the quality of the construction and about thoroughly taking care of issues. Since settlement, she has had nothing but problems and continues to have problems. It's upsetting and disappointing. I will NOT recommend.
