Bremner's has the capability to provide video inspection services for a number of different applications. Our video camera system has a 200 foot length capacity and can be used in pipe diameters from 3 - 10 in diameter. We are able to provide you with a dvd copy of your video inspection for record purposes as well.
Kitec plumbing consists of flexible aluminum pipe between an inner and outer layer of plastic pipe (PEX pipe) with brass fittings. Marketed as a cheaper and easy-to-install alternative to copper piping, this product was sold between 1995 and 2007 for potable water, in-floor, and hot-water baseboard heating systems.

Bremner drastically overpriced materials. 50 - 100% mark up on Materials.
I cost checked a hose bib faucet for $29.20 at a local supplier and was charged $69.75.
Bremner charged me 65$ for use of a snake for a clogged pipe. You would think a plumber would have such tools to complete their work.
The owner called me and said this was industry standard.
I verified with companies and a 15% markup on materials is the standard and a plumber should have his own tools - including a snake.
I will get a quote from many Plumbers moving forward.
Clearly Bremner's make their money on all the extras.

These guys rock. I reached out to the top five BBB plumbers; did not get a single call back. Nothing. Not only did they show up on time and fix everything. I just call them today for lift pump replacement. Not only are they coming out in a few days, but I did not have to wait for them to call me back. The best.

Had this company come by the house twice: once for an ensuite toilet and sink install; second for kitchen sink and dishwasher install, as well as some other plumbing tidying up around the house. Great quotes, installers were prompt and went about their work very thoroughly. At the end of the day, everything done was pointed out or demonstrated (i.e. dishwasher). Very happy with work. Would definitely recommend.

Third time hiring Bremners for my residential plumbing needs. First two were scheduled projects that were handled professionally and efficiently at a cost I found fair for a company that will stand by its work in an industry where if something goes wrong it's usually expensive.
My most recent experience was an unplanned hot water tank replacement. The team did an incredible job to juggle things a bit so that they were able to get to the job on the same day. Nick replaced two bathroom sink faucets and one kitchen faucet for us in our 100 year old house. He worked hard, answered all questions, made good suggestions to deal with problems and made several improvements we had not considered. Nick was also very polite and sociable. He is a great credit to the company. I was already familiar with Bremner's from other projects and knew they did good work and was impressed by the quality of their staff. Highly recommend them.

Great people and great service. When my sister moved here from Virginia 2 years ago, she needed a plumber. I said try Bremners, they’ve been around as long as I can remember. She was thrilled with their work.

faster than I expected and did great work. Two toilet installs (bases were loose and I didn’t want to chance a leak) and the young lady who did the second one spent an extra half hour cleaning sink and toilet drains, as the tub would gurgle when the toilet was flushed. She consulted with Paul on it and fixed the problem!
