Called Gary after a referral from our regular plumber who was unable to take the job. Gary fit me in on short notice (during the holiday season no less) and quickly and professionally got my drain draining again for a fair price. Not much more you can ask for than that. Thanks Gary!

Very efficient and pleasant to deal with while in our home. The install took less time than I anticipated. We had both a dishwasher & water feature on our fridge installed. He did have to come a day late than originally planned, as another client had an emergency situation, but as is the nature of plumbing. I would hope for the same treatment if we had an emergency, so it’s nice to know he takes care of his past clients.

The worst service experience I have ever had. The owner, Gary, shows up late, walked thru my house with his wet boots on. Unprepared- had to go buy the basic supplies for an ice maker fridge hook up, and the appt had been booked over a week ago! So he had to go out shopping which took him 90min and attempted to include his shopping trip at $80/hr as well as a $20 truck fee and telling me it took so long because he had to go to multiple stores and because of complications of covid-19. He's unprofessional and just trying to rush thru jobs as quickly as possible and charge as much as possible. He

Efficient and quick, true, when installing a new water heater, but put the new one sticking out in the room and then charged $230 when he came back to put it back in the original place. Then tried to tell me that he put it back where it was. Came late, was here for 1 hr 20 min max, charged for 2 hrs. Does what's quickest and easiest without thinkig or asking the customer. Avoid avoid avoid.

Gary was very polite, patient and responsive to our emergency call. Great job done with professionalism.

Unwilling to do repairs for a mini home.
Unable to refer me to someone who would "even do it ".
The job was simply to fix the leaking hot water tap in the shower.

We had a brutal drain clog in our kitchen sink that also affected our dishwasher. Gary came, very pleasant and got the job fixed quickly and cost efficiently for us. We thought we were going to have to drill holes in the ceiling, cut drywall out, to get to the pipes but Gary was persistent and used his excellent plumbing skills and expertise to fix the problem! We couldn't be happier with his service will absolutely use him again and recommend his services to all our family and friends! thanks again Gary!!

Waited nearly 2 weeks for an appointment just to have these guys show up unexpectedly (they told me they would call before showing up) and when they did by the time I got to the front door(not even a full minute or two after they arrived) they then drove off when I came outside to greet them. Tried calling them 3 times right after they left just to have my phone calls and messages unreturned and no feedback given at all as to why they left. Horrible customer service and experience, the people that recommended me to these guys will also not be using their services anymore.

We recently used Gary to repair/replace some exterior taps and to advise us on fridge connection with our reverse osmosis system. He came within 24 hours of my husband reaching out to him, and was extremely courteous and professional. He addressed all of our issues in short order and the rate was very reasonable. He will be our go to plumber from now on .

Amazing!! In the middle of this pandemic mess, our water heater started leaking on Thursday and was replaced the next day. He came out Friday end of day so we would not be without hot water or risk the tank rupturing. Absolutely professional and exceptional service!

Hired Gary a number of times for some rental units that I own. I was in a crunch a few times but he juggled some of his other jobs and got me fixed up in a timely manner. Good, honest hard working guy. I have and would hire him in a second for all of my plumbing needs.
