Critical: Professionalism
The hot water tank broke after 2.5 years. They said upfront that they could not replace it as it is a problem of the water quality that would not be covered by the warranty. They had recommended that model of tank, which has a warranty of 8 years. Terrible. PS: It took us less than 10 min to get a replacement code from the manufacturer.

Initial home owner paid 8500.00 for furnace and installation service. Issues started with exhaust coming into home as well as carbon monoxide. I had professional experienced tech come in and test everything. Our children aged 10 and 6 started becoming dizzy and sick and wife also became ill. Called accent and they responded but quickly placed blame on other companies for issues and would not accept responsibility. Blamed everyone else and said they already paid barracuda 2 years ago to install the furnace and wouldn’t do anything else to help us. Also blamed radon installation technicians. Horrible

Our well circuit breaker was accidentally shut off while I was in the shower very late at night. I left a message with Accent while we were trouble

Ceily emailed me back with an appointment as well as some troubleshooting ideas. She also called and left me a voicemail with instructions on how to flush the toilet.
When I was able to call her back, she walked me though the process of priming the pump with success! We completely avoided a service call. It's hard to believe there is a company in today's day and age with such ethics. I will definitely be using them

Have had Accent out to our house now 3 times for various issues, the first time being a short cycling water pump which they diagnosed and repaired quickly, the second was a week before Christmas 2018 our water quit, called them on a Sunday afternoon, they didn't answer but called back and said they could come out and take a look but I had got the pump going myself so they came out Monday morning on a really dirty day, diagnosed a bad winding in the pump and replaced it then and there, the third time was today, selling our house water test had failed well cap needed to be replaced, called Accent
