If you want a knowledgeable, responsive and trustworthy heating company call Best's Hot Water Heating. They gave me a same day estimate and were able to do the job much sooner than I had anticipated. They coordinated work with an electrician and left my house in better shape than when they arrived. They even took the time to give my dog the attention she needed. It's great to do business with a hardworking, honest family like the Bests. They answered all of my questions and gave me tips about future projects. They are the best :)

We had no hot water last night so I called Best’s Hot Water in the evening, I didn’t expect a call until the next day but within a half hour we got a call from John the owner, he said he would have one of his guys come by in the morning. So first thing this morning we get a call and within minutes Trevor was at the door. He was very professional and asked the necessary questions. Within a half hour it was all fixed and ready to go. These guys know there stuff but most importantly they are professional, punctual and honest. We can’t say enough good things about Best’s

Recently my 75 year old mother had her furnace quit. She called a reputable company to have repairs done. After 3 visits the same day and 400 bucks later she was told her furnace needed to be replaced. I suggested she call Best's to come and take a look for a second opinion, long story short they fixed it in a few hrs for under 200 bucks, no replacement needed. It's refreshing in this day and age there are still good honest people in the industry that are not out for just the money. My experience with Best's is worth 10 Stars! Our oil tank was in a hard to get space and needed replacing. They came and worked with us to find a new spot for our new oil tank and removed the old one (had to cut the tank to get it out!) No other company would do the job, but they did! They were an absolute pleasure to work with the entire time!

In today's world of uncertainty it was most refreshing to deal with Mr. John Best and his son Trevor. This was my first time dealing with them and they did me a favour by fitting me in to their busy schedule where other companies could not do so. They understood my dilemma of being short on time and they kindly accommodated my timeline. They fixed the problems with three cast iron radiators - hooking one back up to the system (big job). Used Best's to temporarily disconnect + move my oil tank during construction, and then again to reconnect it. They were really great value, friendly staff, and the owner was patient with my fluctuating timeline resulting from the construction. Would highly recommend.

Hot water heater died - needed replacement - quote was very reasonable. Spoke to owner - he said he would try to rework schedule to get there that afternoon, which I didn't need, I was hoping for within a few days. Scheduled for next morning - arrived at promised time and proceeded to replace my hot water heater - took my old one away too saving me from having to dispose of it.
