Hank's Plumbing & Gasfitting Ltd. is a family-owned plumbing business in the Calgary area. Hank's Plumbing has been offering professional plumbing services to Calgarians since 1971, when the company was started by Hank Froese. Hank retired in 1992, selling the company to his son Terry who operated it successfully with his wife Sharon for 25 years.

Most buildings and apartment complexes use a commercial boiler and hot water storage tank for heating. In many municipalities, water pressure is an issue for multi-story buildings, requiring a water booster or house pump. Booster pumps are occasionally used in houses but are not nearly as complex or large as those used in commercial applications.

Amir was out to my place a few times to deal with some plumbing issues. He was friendly, determined to get to the bottom of the problem, and always left things cleaner than when he got here. When I spoke with management on one occasion, they were very professional and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. I would recommend their services!

This evening at around 8:30 pm I had a leak due to some neighbours upstairs leaving their ac unit on causing us to have a ceiling leak. Mike waited all the way until midnight up front for a locksmith only for the neighbours upstairs to be home despite multiple attempts at knocking. Mike went above and beyond tonight as half of the things he had to deal with shouldn't be a part of his job! Highly recommend this company as Mike was amazing and a very good guy!

Kevin and his fantastic crew did a spectacular job I’m my home. Running new duct work in a finished basement with minimal bulk heading to do so awesome!!! They were quick and very clean and made everything super tidy and user friendly. Everyone was super friendly and just an awesome experience. I highly recommend Hanks Plumbing!!

Our water heater died and needed to be replaced. We called Hank's Plumbing and they were great! The price was fair, staff arrived on time and replaced the water tank in the estimated time frame. They were clean, polite and we have been thrilled with hot water now any time we need it! I highly recommend Hank's Plumbing.

My boiler for the infloor heating stopped working. Thought it was minor, Hank's guys showed how it was not, explaining the original install issues. Got it limping along for a few days before it failed again, they loaned me heaters until they could replace the boiler. The options and install was nothing short of amazing.
They are everything a service company should be. I am sure if you looked it up in the dictionary you would see Hanks Plumbing as the example.

I have had my furnace go out twice in the past two years and both times, in the middle of winter. Hanks Plumbing and Heating has come through in the clutch for me both times moving things around in their schedules to deal with the emergency. I was impressed with their ability to communicate through multiple people and to accommodate my needs. Graeme W. was the rep that came out to my home on the second occasion and he was awesome.
