Contacted Boland Mechanical for plumbing issues. Doug was super helpful and assisted with troubleshooting the issue over the phone (text). Determined it was a problem with municipal water and no visit required, saving both time and money! Will definetely be using Boland Mechanical for any future plumbing needs.

Boland Mechanical has done work at our house ever since we renovated 20 years ago. They provided plumbing and gas fitting services during our renovation, and have provided those services to us ever since. More recently they have started to provide HVAC services. Boland Mechanical was hired by the previous owners of my home to repair 2 faulty items from the pre-possession inspection - the hot water tank was leaking at the relief valve and the furnace was not starting properly. The previous owners paid for the servicing and we assumed everything was fixed. After we got possession, it turned out that neither problem was fixed. I was able to fix the valve issue myself, but we called on Boland Mechanical to look at the furnace again. The technician came over and spent a few hours diagnosing the problem. Boland Mechanical recently repaired a valve on my hot water tank and also repaired a shower tap for me. They were friendly and professional, arrived in the time frame they said they would, practiced appropriate COVID protocols inside my house, and explained the necessary repairs well.
