Don't bother with this company!! There is zero service and non professionals! Nobody picks up the phone and when left messages, no-one calls back! And once you somehow do get in touch with them, there was a promise they didn't keep. We were in the market for windows AND doors and went with another company who were friendly, honest AND capable!!

I contacted Westside Window and Door in March about a custom project. Stephen promptly responded, pleasant to deal with, and provided me with a quote. On May 31st Stephen sends an email stating the windows are ready and install would start on June 22nd, I confirmed this with him on the same day. June 22nd arrived and no install crew showed up, when I phoned Stephen he said 'I never heard back from you', when I sent him the email thread with my response on the same day all I got for a reply was 'thats weird'. This pushed the three day install back to July 12th.

Choosing Westside Window and Door Ltd. was the perfect choice. From the moment we met Camille and Stephen, we knew that we were in good hands. Westside provides top of the line products that arrived prestained and finished. This was a huge relief for us as we didn't want the hassles of restaining wood in the house. They were able to match an existing double hung window design and replicate the original look we were trying to achieve. Also, two of our windows required removal of stain glass from the previous windows and reinstallation into the new models. Stephen was able to successfully pull this
