I wanted to thank House of Mirrors and Glass for an excellent experience! We needed a glass wall built in our house on top of a pony wall to prevent our children from falling over. From start to finish, the process was efficient, and the communication was wonderful. They had an estimator come to our house which gave us lots of confidence. Finally, the installation today was seamless. The installers (Dan and Gavin) knew adjustments to be made to make sure the glass sat flush and looked the best it could.

Amazing costumer service, competitive prices, on time delivery, excellent installation. I'm obsessed with this store, I have bought smoked mirrors for a couple places around my house, a beautiful mirror (water stained style) and a frame, glass for my shower, regular mirrors around the house. Now I need a tabletop for my new desk, so guess what, I am buying from them again. I'd strongly suggest to check them out before making a commitment to another glass store. You won't be disappointed!

Our experience with House of Mirrors was terrific. They provided great advice for our ensuite bathroom project, and their service was exemplary. They later checked with us to see if we were happy and even sent someone out to help us with something else, no charge. Will definitely be calling them for the next project.

Really happy with my experience from start to end. The estimator and installers were really friendly and professional. Prices are very good in comparison to competitors as well. I had a major renovation done on the Master Ensuite and required glass for the new, large shower. My contractor, Artisan Kitchens and Renovations, contracted House of Mirrors to complete this task.
The size of the shower glass posed a delivery problem for the installers, as one section of the shower glass was too large to transport to the second floor. Luis, assured me that this would not be an issue. A promise upon which he and his 3 co-workers delivered.
The next day, a scaffold was built and the heavy glass was hoisted over the second floor bannister.

Terrible customer service - unethical. received a piece of glass that was not what we ordered. they made us jump through hoops to prove that it was not the same as what comes directly from the supplier. once we proved scientifically that this was not what we needed, they used us to get a discount on future orders from that supplier. once they got their discount they waited until we delivered the glass back ourselves and wouldn't give a full refund - this is called stealing. They will resell this for full price.
