Chinook Glass & Screen

My mom had a few window large window panes replaced. The work order stated to save the stained glass inserts as I was too pick them up. Contacted the company on several occasions and did not get back to me. Finally after over a year find out they were disposed. 😢👎🏻 Would think twice about getting any work done thru these guys.

Amazing customer service. I was looking for a special window lock that is not available on any of the big stores. I showed the lock to a staff member and was helped right away with loads of smiles. Definitely great collection with amazing customer care.

They did a good job on replacing the cracked mirror door for the bedroom's closet. Job was completed within the expected time window. Office and delivery staff were always available on the phone. So based on my experience giving them 5 stars and will definitely use/recommend them again.

I called Chinook Glass on June 22, 2021 to replace the balcony sliding door tandem 1 inch roller and they were here the very next morning. They got it fixed in no time and now the door is sliding smoothly. Their price is reasonable and they are very knowledgeable. I recommend Chinook Glass & Screen Ltd. for their service. My experience was fantastic. I locked myself out on my patio and resorted to breaking my door to get inside. Called Chinook and they came the next day. They fixed my door in less than a week; it looks like nothing even happened. Their invoice was very affordable. They did a great job, really happy I picked them.

I needed a few parts to a custom shower I was building for downstairs. I was surprised to see how many parts and types of door and window hardware they have. They helped me pick the right door sweep and recommended door stops.
Great service, knowable and very helpful. I recommend them and will be calling when ever I need parts or new windows and doors.

They cut and installed a replacement pane of glass for a vintage desk quickly and at a very reasonable price. It's nice to have the desk looking tip-top again. Would definitely recommend their services.

What an amazing experience. I phoned to inquire about a shower seal that I was having a difficult time finding, Susan was open to receiving photos over email to confirm that it was a product they carried before I drove out there. Upon arriving I was greeted by all staff with kindness and eagerness to help and found the product I was looking for. Will only come here in the future.

When I called them I was in desperate need of a screen door and they did everything they could to get it to me as quick as possible and I'm so grateful. They went out of their way to call me back to confirm information Etc and we would highly recommend them. Matt was awesome

I live in BC and I could not find two special screws for my sliding doors I phone Chinnook glass, they said that they had some and would send them out to me that day at no charge. Now thats customer service at its best. A special thanks to Ralph.

Had the exact material we were looking for to repair a 20-year old glass shower frame. Superb customer service!

We had a broken shower door where the hinge was coming apart from the door and we could no longer close the door completely. After having a few places look at it and tell us that it wasn’t fixable we met someone that did some research and put us in touch with chinook glass, we were so happy that they could replace the hinge and we were able to put the shower do back in like new again. It was so easy and a very affordable fix. Thanks so much for being willing to tackle our shower door!!!

Super happy with the installation of 2 screen doors. Gordon made sure they hung perfectly. Wish I had hired Chinook years ago as for the first time ever they glide on the tracks.
