Fantastic service. I couldn’t find anyone else to help me with my leak as they all said it wasn’t an emergency. I had to have the water shut off so that was an emergency for me. Great service great communication and great job on finding and fixing the leak all for a good price.

I called this company to fix a leak in my toilet coming from the cistern. Overall I’d say their technician was polite and on time and fixed the problem, however it ended up being a very simple repair of tightening bolts that they charged a ridiculous amount for. It was not an emergency call as I had already turned off the water and drained the tank. There were no parts replaced as the existing bolts were simply tightened (and if I was more handy, it’s something I could have done myself but now know for the future). The tech was in and out of my home in 15 minutes, including the time to write

Luiz picked up right away, and came to investigate within an hour of initial contact.
Ultimately I needed a shower update/ replacement of the cartridge and internals.
Luiz and Randy provided fast professional plumbing services and both were a delight to work with.
I would highly recommend My Calgary Plumber to anyone in need of a plumber.

I came home from holidays and found I had no water in my house. Luiz was so kind and arranged to come by my house the day I called him. Our hot water tank sprung a leak at my Salon and needed a plumber quick before I would have to shut the water off and close down the salon.
I called many plumbers to no avail then I got a hold of My Calgary and they came right away and fixed it.
They did a great job and I will call them next time I have an issue

Was very pleased with serviceman (Alexander) who professionally addressed my problems as- clogged shower drain and replaced 2 pop up sink bathroom plugs. He was very tidy, no mess left because he cleaned up after himself as if nothing was done, had the necessary disinfectant cleaning product, rags, garbage bag, and checked a few times to make sure plumbing parts were reassembled properly and not leaking. Owner was great with communication. Highly recommend this company !!!
