I just want to say this Builder is Amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about this company. If you are thinking about using them. Then 100% your in the correct place! They have a Guy named Arron and he is amazing. He is the most polite, efficient, determined individual. He always gives 100% and can fix anything. He is definitely a huge asset to this company. If you build a home with them, you will meet this awesome guy and will know exactly what i mean. Regan and Tara were also super great to deal with. Plus this company follows thru with everything. I can't say enough about the whole Westridge Homes team! From all the design and floor planning with Regan, to the whole design process with Tara! Each and every trade especially finishing the carpenter, the painters and the tile installer are the most skilled around. They made the whole process so much fun and very effortless. Every single part was was top notch perfect! Aaron who deals with any warranty issues is helpful and very attentive. Our new home is truly a dream come true! We purchased one of the Westridge showhomes. The experience as well as the quality and design of the house were excellent. We have used other builders in the past with previous homes, and although we have generally had good experiences, Westridge was by far the best. After 1 year, we just don't have any little issues, as we experienced with other builders...small things, like the sloping the landscaping so you don't have drainage issues (as many neighbors do), nail pops, fit and finish of doors and windows, etc. There is quality in all aspects of the home.
