My favourite flooring store.There is a surprising amount of stock here! Great selection. I could tell Jeff really knew what he was talking about . Very informative. He answered all my questions about the type of flooring to select for the application. The color match was perfect . Wow everyone was so friendly, courteous. I felt welcomed and not rushed. I got my order on time and the right stuff. Between John the manager and Jeff they gave me lots of tips like what to do and not do as far as installation with the particular type of laminate I bought .That saved me lots of time!! John always keeps your budget in mind while making sure you don't sacrifice style and durability. My favourite product is the laminate with WATERPROOFING along the seams - so it's as durable as the vinyl but without the cost.

Quality Red Tag Floors actually carry Good Quality products and the prices are reasonable. However, the best part is that their service is AMAZING. I reached their store almost at closing time on a Saturday but John patiently helped me for at least 45 minutes beyond closing time. I greatly appreciate it! Thank you so much John & Jeff! We used Quality Red Tag flooring on a recommendation from a colleague and our experience did not disappoint. All of the staff were fantastic in helping us select our flooring. It was great from start to finish and I cannot say enough about Yassir who installed it for us. He was very professional and did an beautiful job on the flooring and the shoe molding for the baseboards. I would highly recommend Quality Red Flooring.

I stopped in to visit the showroom on a Wednesday. Staff were available, courteous and helpful. Samples of stock were installed on the showroom floor and it gave me a good idea of what it would look like installed in my own space. I took home 3 full plank samples to see it in my own home and lighting. I chose a sample and the staff checked available stock. They had enough on hand to do both levels of my bungalow. I purchased it on Thursday afternoon and they called to deliver it to the house on Friday. Much sooner than anticipated. A week later the basement is already installed. Thank you so much

Everyone at Quality Red Tag Floors were so wonderful to work with, starting with Kaitlin at the store. She was so helpful, I needed information about underlays and she made the process so easy. John was there within the same week of booking to measure my floors, he had a quote to me super fast after and they were installing my floors before I knew it!
