Store is good, in location Roger rd,or Pine street, but in Pine street location customers service is infortunamente horrible!
Never see so bad attitude to customers, like Store have everything Heating and same things for electricity too,and making sizes you need metal.
But is needed taker and protect customers or losing money and customers for ever 😕 !

I called to confirm they had a part and told it was in stock. when I arrived two hours later the salesperson denied every telling me it was in stock and briskly rushed me out the store. An hour of my life was wasted by these rude, inconsiderate people

Service is ok, but there’s a guy there who likes to play the I’m Smarter than you game;
Came there with a relief valve and asked for one that is similar to my one (I came in the store with the faulty valve, it had all the info on the valve) asked for one of these he gave me wrong valve on purpose 2 times.
or maybe he don’t know what he’s doing.

This place is great. I needed a new air conditioner capacitor because mine blew. The repair guy wanted $300 to put a new one in. Ontario Heating had the part in stock and it was only $20. They saved my day.
