110%. Best alarm team I have ever dealt with. I own my alarm outright. It's big and complex. The tech who retrofit my existing alarm to work with them was fast, knowledgeable and accurate. (The old company was trying to to hold my installer password hostage so I would not leave)

Had Securpol installed last year and luv it! Mike was amazing! He came out within a day did an audit on our home safety(approx 30 minutes), let us know his recommendations and booked installed for a few days later. From start to finish the process was easy and stress free. I luv the door bell camera!Not to mention very affordable!$35 a month for everything we had installed!

Super impressed with Mike from Securpol. I spent a significant amount for monitoring equipment and ended up getting a great price which matched or beat every other top company in the city. I had all my windows and doors covered, glass break detector, cameras etc. He was efficient, knowledgable and MOST IMPORTANTLY, the aftercare was phenomenal. Wow I can not believe the amazing service. I was looking to replace my current provider with some one that was down to earth. They provided a system that meets my needs. From the moment of contact, they scheduled a quick visit to my house to see what equipment could be reused. They called 1 hour before showing up to confirm that I would be home. The first assessment was excellent with Mike taking us through was was necessary.

Great experience with Securepol. Had alarm system installed yesterday and Michael made sure to go through every little thing and even show how the alarms work at the monitoring center. When he came for the consultation didn't try and oversell and recommended only what we needed. Finally - a security company that delivers more than monthly invoices. When our old provider upped their rates to the point where our insurance discount was negated, I searched for a decent provider.
