I highly recommend this company. This morning I called them as the furnace wouldn't start and it was a cold spell. Beth arranged Ken to leave a job and come to help me. He arrived and immediately realized that I had turned the furnace off, instead of on, this morning. Blame old age! He was very kind to me and didn't make me feel like the dummy I was.

Absolutely horrible experience, DO NOT call these guys unless you have a brand-new fireplace, and probably not even then.
Called them in for an annual maintenance and cleaning on our two gas fireplaces, and as soon as the technician saw the units he threw his hands up and must have told us 5 or 6 times: "oh these are REALLY old, I don't know if I can do ANYTHING with these" and would exclaim and gasp every 2 or 3 minutes when inspecting them. It was comical and evolved into unpleasant; we couldn't wait to get him out of our house.
After 20 minutes (and close to $100) he left without servicing

He spent time explaining how to properly use my thermostat (do not turn it off at night but just reduce temperature). Kent is a nice gentlemen and very funny too! He left without charging me a cent. If you use this company you will be in safe hands
