I couldn't find filter replacement for my furnace but home depot guy directed me here. A girl (forgot her name) at reception was very knowledgeable and told me my existing filter is washable and also gave me an option of buying the disposable one. She also consulted with her boss Steve and he was very helpful.

Professional, personable and reliable service. Continued support before, during and after installation of a new Lennox furnace.
Update: November 19th, 2021. Unfortunately I had to replace my water tank, but fortunately Parkinson's, once again, came to my assitance. The office personnel were understanding and professional and the next day I had a new tank installed by great technicians. Thanks again!

I trouble shot my fernes for about a week. Determined it was a bad relay on the board. I call Parkinson. I asked the guy to do a cleaning service he said it did not need it. Its was pretty clean but because I was being charged 150 for nothing I wanted it done. So I just let it go. Guy called me back told me it was 600 for a new board. And 45 to install. I told him I would think about it. I found the same board for $210 online. Expected a call back on the next business day no call back. So I bought the board online and replaced it my self.
