Our pre-construction service assists with conceptual budgets, cost reviews, variance reporting, and construction assessments.
At Calibre, our professional crew manages all of the details from the beginning, keeping our clients informed of progress along the way. We analyze the project scope for cost-effective and efficient strategies, and follow through to project end. For multi-family sites, we work with clients to minimize the construction impact on residents and neighbouring sites.
We engage in strict safety protocols and active leadership - every project, every day. Our goal is to provide the safest work environment, not only for our workers and sub-trades, but also for our clients. Our Health and Safety Program supports active leadership and constant ongoing training for all our staff and crew to provide a safe and productive work place.
Work was completed with no impact on the residents and everyone on site was professional, polite and clean. Calibre has been working on the condo building I live in for the past 8 months and I can say without hesitation that they are committed to maintaining high standards of workmanship at a competitive price. Our project manager, Tammy Lacelle is always available to answer questions and is on top of all the intricate details of our project. The on site staff has been incredibly diligent in ensuring that nothing is missed and has been very accommodating with the residents. I would highly recommend Calibre for any project, large or small!
