I took a chance on a newer product called Raintree Floors for our basement reno. I love them! We’ve had them down for about 6 months now and they look the same as the first day. Excellent quality product and installed well. We are now working on getting the same floors put in on our top floor. Everyone I’ve dealt with have been very professional and personable.

We spent about $10,000 putting nice faux wood flooring in the upstairs of our house.
They were extremely professional and courteous and extremely skilled. The owner even came back to fix a small oversight personally at about nine pm!!!

Called Cochrane Floors to have them re-stretch a carpet that was not installed properly. Everyone from the receptionist on were wonderful to deal with and were prompt in getting back to us. Jason, the installer did an awesome job with the final results looking like we installed new carpet. I would highly recommend Clint and his staff.

We had an install today on our basement stairs - remove the old carpet and install the new. Left home at 8:30am and left a key for them. Arrived back at 12:30pm and everything was complete - beautiful newly carpeted stairway, house was cleaner than I left it! Exceptional job from start to finish. This place is a gem in our wonderful community!

Had a great experience with Cochrane Floors!
After a dishwasher leak (ack!) a couple of hardwood floor boards soaked up some water and swelled, and needed to be replaced. Dealt with John to inquire about the situation and he was really helpful on the phone / email, looking closely at photos we sent in, providing an accurate estimate, and even helping us find help for some cabinet repair work. Had an issue with scheduling taking longer than expected, but every time I followed up he was quick to reply and figure out where the delays were happening.
The repair work by Ken & Wendy was top notch.

Excellent Installation! I wanted to shop local and so when it was time to redo my carpets I decide to try them out. They did two sets of stairs, hallway and three bedrooms. The price on the carpet was very good but where they impressed me the most was on the installation. Jason was a one man show that took great care and pride in his work. The end product looks amazing and has added significant value to my home. Would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience from all staff in the showroom, communicated well and helped us find the best carpet available that had a great manufacturer rebate. Installer did a great job on the installation of our carpet, we can't find the seam where he joined the two rolls of carpet. It may sound simple but the installer cleaned up after himself and vacuumed the carpet. I wasn't so lucky to have the same respect for my house when other installers have been working on our new house completion.

Just had our main floor done by Cochrane Floors and More, a wonderful group of people the entire way through. By far the most competitive quotes we received on our hardwood with install and the workmanship exceeded our expectations.

We were so disappointed once we moved into our new home to find out just how much damage the last pets had done, it was literally unlivable. We stopped by, got help from a friendly and very knowledgeable staff and ended up with a floor we just love without exceeding our budget. The service was exceptional - above and beyond what we had expected. Thank you all for a terrific renovation. Be back soon for some more.
