Our business is to supply HVAC fan coil equipment for the Multi-Residential and Condo markets in Western Canada. We stock fan coils and OEM parts for Western Canada, and have warehousing in Calgary, AB for complete units, replacement coils, motors and electrical parts. But the challenge is First Co has over 5000 different parts. We also have replacement Caleffi Z-one valves and actuators for the fan coils, and a great PECO thermostat that will work with any fan coil application.

I was just talking to someone who identified themselves as the "owner" about picking up a HVAC part this afternoon. He insisted that it would cost $25 extra if he went to pull it off the shelf immediately. Instead he tried to pursue me on coming tomorrow at 1:00pm to avoid this "rush fee", which does not work for me because I need the part first thing in the morning. And to add insult, he ridiculed the fact that I faxed them a method of payment versus email. I sent payment through fax because they do have a fax number on their form.
