Excellent service!!!! I was in a rush scrambling to find mirror to open my new salon. I called around many glass and mirror places. Suburban gave me the fasted most reliable service. Not to mention reasonable price and friendly service both in person and talking to them over the phone. Very happy with my mirrors. They were cut to size exactly how I wanted them. Installation was fast and clean. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future!

Excellent service! Take the short drive to Whites Rd. and 401, you'll be glad you did. I did a lot of calling trying to get a 38x14 5/8 piece of 3 mm glass here in T.O. Wait times, no stock and all that were the common answers, or answering machines (no replies). I called the friendly people at Suburban Glass, and they took the glass measurements over the phone. When I arrived at the shop, the glass was ready for me. They even smoothed off the edges a bit for me. $27 later (taxes in) I'm on my way home with the glass I really needed. Thank you Suburban Glass!

I found Surburban Glass & Mirror via internet search and decided to go with them after getting the quotes from a few different places. Linda and William provide great services. They took my closet doors in the morning and returned with mirrors in the afternoon. They also followed up quickly on the stain cleaning request. Very happy with my new mirrors. I will definitely recommend them.

This is a great company. William was quick to respond and extremely fair with pricing. He gave a quote for three pieces of tempered glass: 25" x 16" ||| 118" x 14" ||| 48 and 7/16" x 37 and 14/16" .. the pieces look amazing! Thank you so much! Horrible Company - The glass on my fireplace shattered. My little guy thought it would be fun to flick his wet hands on the hot glass and of course it completely shattered. I called around to get it fixed and a lot of companies weren't fully up and running due to COVID-19 closures. I came across this company and William from Suburban Glass & Mirror Limited was open for business. I explained what happened, that there was no trauma to the frame but that the glass was totaled. He explained that if there is no damage to the frame, he could easily replace the tempered glass for $95 dollars plus tax

Customer service isn't one of their stronger points. I wasn't treated as a valued customer and they took, no interest taking a genuine interest in my needs.
I was told I needed to pay before the work was done. It made me feel like a criminal just because others didn't return for there projects. And now they have my money there's no incentive to complete the job in any satisfactory time.

We just had our ensuite bathroom renovated and our new custom made frameless glass shower is the best part - absolutely beautiful. It was measured and installed to perfection; very high quality workmanship. Emailed them to give me a quote for my 2 night stands and I got a response right away. Excellent pricing. I was told they'll be ready in 2 days but a couple of hours after, they called me back to say they're ready (they were doing a project with the same glass). I'm so happy with the glass top and happy with the great customer service. You can't beat the price too. Thank you Suburban Glass. Highly recommend!!

I was referred to Suburban Glass regarding a broken glass shower door and frame. I called twice, each time speaking with the receptionist who promised a quick call back. Each time I waited for over a week. The third time I called I finally got in touch with one of the owners who, while less than friendly, at least instructed me to take pictures and email them in for him to take a look. I emailed a full set of pics within 30 minutes, and guess what? Nothing!
