Almost got rear ended and ran off the road by a truck driver from Tap-roots. Unfortunately heavy traffic and for my safety I cannot go any quicker. The driver make a cut throat hand sign to me as he speeds by using the HOV line. I thought it was a emergency but apparently the driver was only taking the car in for service. But, he immediately slows down after he remember he is driving the company truck. Seems like this company is good at hiding their mistakes and I would not feel safe to have a such "mentally" stable person in my house. Lol I might get more then a pipe fixed. Good JOB A +

Our kitchen sink got clogged up over the long weekend, .Call Tap Roots on Monday morning around 9.00 AM and they managed to send someone by 9.45 AM and Daniel the technician was great. He finished unclogging and help adjusted the piping to ensure better drainage flow and clean up in less than an hour. Great job Daniel.

We have used Taproots Plumbing & Heating since 2010 for all of our plumbing and heating needs. With several rental properties to take care of, it seems like we are always needing something fixed. Most recently our furnace packed it in and we needed emergency furnace service. We had a new furnace installed within 24 hours and the bill was as quoted. We have had Tap Roots at our home in Ladner a number of times for various plumbing repairs, they have always been good, arrived on time, polite and knowledgeable. However, once the cold weather hit, our living room floor which is hot water radiant heat, was not heating. One plumber came and flushed the lines and did a routine check with hopes of heat. As with radiant heat, it is a waiting game to find out if you have heat in the floor, so the next morning, there was no heat, so I called Tap Roots back and they had a plumber here the next day. We used them for a rental property where a boiler had stopped working. Given that this year is exceptionally cold, it was particularly urgent that we fix it. From call to arrival was only six hours during off-hours in the holiday season and we were impressed. It took a few hours to troubleshoot and fix the problem, but that was all explained to us upfront and expected as much.

The pilot light on my furnace went out and it was time for a clean so I called this furnace repair company. Two guys showed up, one was training and they were very polite and clean. The job itself was simple, took less than an hour and I was charged less than another company I got a quote from. I would recommend this company to people in Richmond.

I needed a plumber for my house in Richmond so I called this plumbing company. I needed a few parts, so they had to leave and come back, but the service was actually pretty good. As with any trade, it always costs a bit more than you would like, but it was less than the 1800 company and exactly what I was quoted. I would recommend Taproots for home owners looking for affordable plumbing repairs.
