National Air Technologies was scheduled to do our townhomes dryer vent cleaning today and by 1pm I notice that the crew left already and didn't do my unit. Called there office and was told that as per the report that was sent to them they've already access our unit which is not true so they sent there crew back and there crew was so unprofessional and even said to me good that this time I heard there knock so I told him that I was literally by my window while he was doing the outside vent cleaning and never heard any knock on my door and just when they left my unit after less than a minute

Probably the worst cleaning company in the vancouver area. When it says they're based out of surrey, everything started to make sense to me.
Their workers are just a couple of unprofessional mid to late 20's degenerates. No expertise, just swearing outside in the guest parking early in the morning, waking up and bothering the eldery with their high school level vocabulary.

My wife and I were very disappointed today with National Air Technologies. We own a townhome in Kitsilano, where National Air was scheduled to clean our dryer ducts, along with 80 other units in our building. They started on the top floor and would end with the townhomes on the ground floor last. As they never worked at our building before, they couldn't give us an idea when they might complete the work at our unit.
We waited the entire Saturday, my wife and I alternating staying at home while doing weekend chores, only to have them leave without completing the work! We received an email
