Five stars for cleaning! I brought in a secondhand couture Maggie Sottero wedding dress and they made it look brand new. Their method is done by hand so it didn't damage the embroidery or bead work.
I will be using them for alterations as well after this pandemic is over. Every staff member is wonderful and friendly.
I highly recommend Love Your Dress for any bride.

I decided to wear my grandmother's wedding dress for my upcoming wedding in June, but it was very yellowed and discoloured. I sent it to Love Your Dress to get it cleaned and I am AMAZED. Just look at the pictures to see for yourself! Lucinda has been so fantastic - she was meticulous about making sure my dress was cleaned to its original beauty. Despite a few hiccups, she was responsive and went above and beyond to meet my needs. I am very excited to wear my restored dress this summer

I lost almost 40 pounds, and I needed a coat to size down. A friend of mine told me about this place ( he highly recommend it). To be honest, I wasn’t sure if it could be done.
I meet with one of their top tailors, she explained so well to me. She made me feel comfortable , and confident, and I went for it.

Zero Stars!! Absolutely horrible customer service!! Extremely dissatisfied! Would NEVER recommend this place. They didn't clean my dress all that well and it was actually in pretty good shape (no stains) prior to being cleaned. They rolled up my veil in a ball and stuffed it inside the box. My box was damaged due to a flood that was out of my control and the supervisor agreed to replace the box at cost ($90). I spent $600 to get my dress cleaned in the first place which is crazy as is. I couldn't believe they wouldn't make an exception! The supervisor (man) I spoke to was very rude, unsympathetic

The customer service here is hands down amazing. Anna Marie, the seamstress who worked on my dress, did a phenomenal job. After doing my research, she was the only one confident enough to bring my size 20 dress… down to a 0 and for a reasonable price. She listened to all my concerns and went above and beyond with everything. Thank you so much! You did an amazing job.

Kathy answered my many emails efficiently, professionally and PATIENTLY! Also, the gentleman that picked up my dress was on time, professional and friendly.
