First of all, Carpet Cleaning Toronto responded right away with a great quote. I spoke with the owner who was able to schedule me right away with a time slot that was most convenient to me. Honestly my carpets were filthy, mostly from kids, spills, wear and procrastination.
The service was great about proactively communicating with me about his arrival time and status. He first walked the area and we discussed what was important and what the expectations were. He adhered to Covid protocols and wore a mask the entire time.

I needed the carpet on my stairs and second floor cleaned in my house. I was serviced by Carpet Cleaning Toronto. He was very polite and communicative throughout the process. We went over the stains and trouble spots before beginning and he took measurements of the rooms. He gave a fair estimate. Stairs were not really measured, but there is a flat fee for a staircase (additional for landings). He made it clear to me before beginning that certain stains would not be removeable because they were too old.

The team is professional. They just did a nice job to my house yesterday. We've 2 dogs and carpet cleaning can be a challenge but they paid attention to the details and the 4 year old carpet is now looking like new! Price is also very competitive. We hired this company after a guest who stayed out our house spilled brown Chai all over our off-white carpet--- and we could not get the stain out with Resolve, despite our best efforts. We were very happy with their service! The company is run by a couple who are very professional and called ahead to verify our appointment. They worked very hard to get out the nasty Chai stain, and it is now gone! They are also much less expensive than other carpet cleaners we have had in the past. We highly recommend them and will be calling them again!

I called from this company to clean the upstairs carpet in my house, and I have to say his service is outstanding. There was a lingering odor and several stains from my puppy going potty on it for 3-4 months... and now everything is GONE! There was also spots of red ink from him chewing up pens, and now those are gone too. On top of that, owner was very prompt in returning my calls and setting me up with an appointment from the get-go, which was also a plus. When I decide to get the rest of the house's carpet cleaned I'll definitely be calling this company again.

They cleaned our filthy carpets today. They were horrible, and cleaners did a great job. They were very fast, friendly, and professional. Were also really seemed to care about what they were doing. I totally recommend crews and this company if your carpets are as big a heinous disaster as ours were.
