I was really impressed with the quality of service provided by Gord and his team when they came on site. The entire process from getting the services quoted, scheduled and completed was seamless. They arrived right on time, did a great job of the work, and it was very reassuring to have people who have been in the business for as long as they have do the work. Would happily use them again.

Disappointed. Have had carpets serviced by them before with no problem. Upholstery too...all good. But this time I cleaned the carpet 5 weeks after Reliable did it because we have a person with allergies and after 6 passes, the water was still dark with dirt. We don’t wear shoes in the house and there isn’t a lot of traffic in the carpeted area. Have to wonder how much dirt they left behind. For the new raised price, this is disappointing.

My entire experience went smoothly and stress free. Both Stephen and Shawn were very informative and knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Everything went amazing, and on schedule. The price was great, and the finished product looked beautiful. I had a 8 year old Couch and Love seat that I brought over from Europe and had them steam cleaned. Im extremely happy with their services. I would definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend using Reliable

I have been using Reliable Carpet to clean my rugs and upholstery for years now. I have always been very happy with the client service and the work. Gordon and Dave are super friendly and do a great job of cleaning my rugs. Lindsay in the office is fantastic to deal with and is always on the ball in terms of scheduling. Tsultrim who picks up and delivers the carpets is always kind and a pleasure to deal with. My rugs have always come back looking great. Would absolutely recommend this company.

This was my first time using Reliable, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I had a number of items that required cleaning after renovations and a new puppy.
Shaun rearranged his schedule for the day to ensure he had the time to complete the job. Not that I hovered too much, but I saw the care he took to bring the upholstery back to brand new condition, and same for the area rugs.

So professional, tidy, and thorough! Dan was our technician and he was awesome. Super polite, arrived on time (right on the dot!) and answered any questions I had. Our couch is huge and a lot of work to clean and he was very meticulous and careful handling it - he literally went over every spot with his brush. Will use their service again to get our couch cleaned once a year, and couldn't recommend them enough!
