After returning home from a business trip my place was in disarray. I found squeaky cleaning online, gave them a call and booked a cleaning for the next day. I was initially impressed by their customer service and turnaround time. The cleaners showed up on time, were very friendly and did exactly as I asked them. My husband and I recently purchased a home that was in need of a good clean. The appliances and carpets were in rough shape and there was allot of animal hair left behind from the previous owners. Squeaky clean did a fantastic job removing all the animal hair, cleaning our appliances and really making our home shine. We will be recommending them to all our family and friends.

We've used Squeaky Cleaning three times. The first was okay (cleaner didn't bring any of their own cleaning supplies), the second time was amazing and the third time was concerning which is why I'm writing this review.
We have a three bedroom townhome and were told it would be cleaned in 2.5 hours instead of the allotted 5 hours. The cleaners only cleaned one bedroom and one bathroom and said that they ran out of time and would need us to pay another 300 dollars for them to finish. It may sound like our house is filthy BUT it certainly isn't - we don't have pets or

Absolutely terrible. I booked this a appointment a few days in advance as the booking process is easy. Recieved a call to confirm the day before. The appointment was scheduled at 12pm with 2 cleaners. Every 20-30 mins that pass by I have to call customer service and ask where the cleaners are. They tell me it's going to be another 5-15 mins. Fast forward 2pm and I'm the one that has to call back to customer service only to informed that the cleaners need to get their car towed because there's an issue with their tire and that they can't do the cleaning today. I was so pissed

I made the horrible mistake of hiring Squeaky Cleaning. I told them that I had an empty 1200 square foot appartment that needed basic cleaning. Basic vacuuming, basic window cleaning, basic wall cleaning. That's it. There is no furniture, so how hard could this be? Well, let me tell you. Squeaky Cleaning said that 1200 square foot appartment would take 4.5 hours to clean by two people. They told me that the two cleaners would bring everything required. Kitty came on Oct. 9 to deep clean my sister's place that she just moved into, which was left an ABSOLUTE MESS by the previous renters.
