Roland just came over to clean the old Gus couch I inherited from my roommate and he was so kind, respectful, and quick yet thorough. He really put the work in to get the tough stains out and always checked in with me about what solution he would try and describe the smell to me. Very thoughtful work and it’s turned out so great! I am really happy with it and Vivid was the most affordable option I was able to find. All told, he was in and out in about 45 minutes for my 3-seater couch. Check out the before and after!

My experience with Roland at Vivid Cleaning was exceptional! He was professional and honest, and provided high quality service for a great price.
I had a urine stain on my couch from a dog I was dog sitting, and I made it worse by trying to clean it with an internet recipe (hydrogen peroxide + baking soda). Other popular Toronto cleaning services told me I was SOL or were charging $70+ more than what Roland quoted me. I recently moved into a new place that had not been in use for a while so it was super dusty. Anita cleaned the whole place leaving it spotless and smelling like flowers while Ronald did the mattress! The best part? They bring everything on their own. Very professional. Had my patio furniture (L-shaped couch) done earlier today. The gentleman (Richard I believe was his name) was wonderful. He showed up 10 minutes early, explained everything in detail, took his time to do the job right, and left me with a very rejuvenated couch. Honestly top notch service. Would recommend.

I have just employed VividCleaning to clean my staircase carpets -- one a runner, the other fully broadloomed. I cannot compliment the service enough. From the moment I contacted the firm (it seems telephone is best), they were clear about prices and professional about timing.
On the appointed day, the team telephoned to see whether they could arrive an hour earlier than the scheduled time -- a situation for which I was grateful. Once here, they took excellent care of my property, protecting the exposed hardwood floors, and were also transparently honest, talking me out of cleaning two side chairs

The service we received from Vivid Cleaning was impeccable! We required their services after a construction project went awry and we were left with concrete and brick dust throughout our home, including our furniture and area rugs. I used Vivid cleaning to do a deep carpet cleaning for my whole house.
The cleaner was professional, considerate, worked quickly, and did a great job.
The next day I noticed that one area where a stain seeped back through the carpet padding, called Vivid back and they came the same day to do the touchup!
