My parents took their carpets here & so have I for at least 40 years. I've used others on occasion but it's never as good as Turco Persian for cleaning & fixing area rugs.

You may come for the service but you will leave with enhanced knowledge about carpets ... they have an amazing array of selection and prices. for area rugs of all types.

Turco Persian cleaned ALL my Persian wool and silk rugs before I reinstalled them in my remodelled home. They were recommended my my Interior Designer as The Best. I used them again after having a flood in my house and they cleaned both stairwells fixed carpet runners this time - they looked like new - wasn't expecting it considering how bad they looked after the firemen went through (bless them for getting all the water out of the house)! On time, reasonable price, fantastic service, nice, professional (and patient) employees!!! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone.

I buy my carpets overseas. But get them repaired/cleaned here, On three occasions, I have taken my rugs to Turco Persian for cleaning and/repair. Once it was emergency with serious water damage. My insurance company knew Isaac by name and said that they send everything to Turco Persian. They looked great afterwards!

We recently bought a Persian rug at auction. It had been lying for many years in the lounge area of a condominium building.
It was stained and parts of the fringe were missing.
Knowing that it had been originally an excellent rug, we asked Isaac of the Turco-Persian Rug Co. in Toronto to try and save it.
The colours are beautiful again and it brightens our home.

I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the excellent service and knowledgable staff at TURCO PERSIAN RUG COMPANY. I used Turco to clean a rug of mine and the result exceeded my expectation. The rug was in dire shape when I brought it in to be cleaned, it had been my puppies favourite place to play and sleep and was use in a high traffic area in my home. The rug came back in a timely manner and looked as beautiful as the day I bought it. We recently had work done by Turco (a large sectional couch, chair and ottoman) and were extremely impressed by the service we received and the work - which was nothing short of amazing.

We have a baby, a dog and a long haired cat - needless to say our furniture was in desperate need of help. A few years ago we used a groupon and got another service in to clean the same furniture. The company was in and out in less than an hour and the end result was mildly improved.

If you're going to buy quality Persian rugs, you'd be well served to hire qualified people to clean them! We have been going to Tucro Persian for a number of years now and though our rugs only go in for yearly cleaning- no kids or pets, we have always been very pleased with the experience. We typically make use of their pickup/delivery service and have consistently been impressed with how punctual, polite and hardworking their drivers are. For several years now I have trusted this company with my carpets. NEVER again. In the past if there has been an issue with a stain they would pick up the phone and call to see how I wanted to handle it. I recieved my carpet back last week and it looks like it was never touched. I was horrified and told the chaps delivering how I felt and they said they would have the manager call me. No one has bothered to call me. I spent $450 to clean this carpet. I appreciate that they can not get all stains out BUT they should tell me this BEFORE I spend the money. Very disappointed.

We had a dog stain on our Persian rug. My mother highly recommended Turco carpet. The price was very reasonable so I called them. I was given a date and time for pick-up. The man who picked it up was prompt and pleasant. About 2 weeks later they called to ask if I wanted it scotch guarded for $30. They told me the carpet was still drying and it would be ready in a few more days. A few days later I got a call to schedule the free delivery of the carpet. It was quite the adventure getting our rug cleaned. We had dog urine on it and so I dropped it off at TP hoping for the best. Instead it came back badly damaged and smelling even worse.

They were quite understanding and helpful about it. They explained that the smell was the aged latex backing and that they would repair the damage and re-clean it for free. Replacing the latex was another $90 though, but to be fair it's not their fault it was old. I think they really should've noticed the damage and warping though.
