Great experience. Attention to detail, thoroughly explained carpet cleaning process. Unfortunately due to extreme cold temperatures we were unable to have the more deep clean as we had to have the portable machine versus the truck machine (freezing issues). We are still very satisfied with Big Ben carpet cleaning services.

We experienced a dog/carpet disaster this weekend. Big Ben's staff members Josh and Zolton worked diligently to do everything they could to try and save our hall and stair carpets. We are very appreciative of their efforts and fitting our house emergency into their very busy week. Thank you so much for your hard work! Very respinsive to hiring them to do final cleaning of carpets before new owners took possession of home we sold. Showed up on time and made good suggestions on services needed. Work was done throughly and kept us informed as to when they were finished. This is the second time we’ve used Big Ben. They were very professional at the time of booking and at the time of our service. The service technician was upfront with us regarding our cloth dining chairs, stating he likely wouldn’t be able to clean them to my satisfaction due to the type of material and advanced staining. He actually cleaned… one of the chairs, free of charge, so that I could see the poor result. Very high service standards and excellent workmanship describe this company completely. Jason our technician was super honest and thorough. He did a wonderful job cleaning the furnace and ducts and the before and after pictures he showed us were mind blowing!
We initially signed up for carpet cleaning too but he was incredibly honest with us and told us that cleaning the carpets would result in lots of odours to resurface from the steam so we are just better off replacing the carpets. Any other company would

We had a wonderful experience with Big Ben Cleaning, starting from the administrator who booked the appointment, to the technician who came to our office to clean our carpets. Sara at the office was so incredibly helpful (I had just called around to inquire about their services), and I was so impressed with that initial experience.
Our technician Jason was equally great, and was able to remove some pretty bad stains (paint included) that we didn’t think could be removed. He restored an older, worn carpet to look fresh and clean. We would absolutely recommend Big Ben!
