Great customer service from Matthew. when I called to get a quote to remove a red wine stain from our brand new carpet. The quote was very competitive and they were able to fit me in the same day, which was a Saturday. Matthew came by on time and is super friendly, fast and the carpets came out great! Would definitely recommend.

The absolute worst experience. Been trying to get in contact with them for 2 weeks due to their carpet cleaning job (or lack there of).
I thought I would be able to leave him alone to do his job yet according to the rental company couldn’t even remove the simplest of stains.
DO NOT ever use this company unless u are monitoring their work. No proof anything was done to those stains.

I have been using Allcare’s service for many years and have never been disappointed. Just recently, I had them clean some of my most heaviest soiled carpets that had been abused by poor tenants. They did an amazing job in removing the stains and I am greatly satisfied. I strongly recommend Allcare to anybody looking for fast, clean, professional, and reasonably priced cleaning.
