ROCKSTAR SERVICE !!! We can’t thank Paul and his amazing team enough for helping us on Boxing Day and Dec 27 when our furnace was not working. They responded immediately to our call and walked us through the issue over the phone. We will 100% use this company again. Absolutely amazing service and we are so thankful to have the heat on again !!

Very happy with the installation of two new furnaces, two new AC units, and a new hot water tank. Paul and Danny did an awesome job and completed the job in good time. Paul walked us through the equipment install……we are super happy with work that was performed, and how “quiet” our new units are!!

When i was planning to have my house installed with AC, i contacted about a dozen hvac installers from around Calgary. I chose Shift Air Mechanical over the rest based on recommendation, good reviews and their competitive price. Brent was the one who came to survey my house. He was very knowleageable and gave me good choices, he never tried to upsell me or force me into something im not comfortable with, he was just out there to help me with my AC need. Paul and Teagen were the ones who installed my Daikin AC and you can tell right away that they were skilled technicians. They arrived on time and

Can’t say enough about the excellent service given by Brent and Nick. Installation of heat pump was professional and respectful of my home. When a glitch did occur, they acknowledged my concern, heard me, and returned to fix in a timely manner. Nick corrected the issue, ensured all was operating properly, staying at least an hour extra to witness the operation of the heat pump even when I believe he was confident all was good. Gave me peace of mind. Wish this level of service was customary from other trades and builder.

The technicians came on time.
They explained what they will be doing and asked for input from my side.
Once everything was clear they completed the installation professionally and in timely manner and cleaned up after themselves.
Highly recommend them.
I shopped around with three other AC providers and Shift Air came to be the most reliable and responsive without trying to sell more that I was asking.

Wow what a great experience. After dealing with a terrible experience from another company with a furnace install this was a wonderful change. Installed a new Daikin AC unit for us. Very clean install and everyone was great to deal with. Shift Air is going to be my go to for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs.

ShiftAir's lead installer Paul, just completed for me a retrofit home install of an Daiken FIT integrated system including a High Efficiency Furnace and Combined Heat Pump/AC Unit. The retrofit nature of the job took a little longer than planned because they made sure it was done right. A first class installation. Thanks Paul and team.
