I called for an emergency service on a Sunday morning as my furnace was not working and Josh was here within half an hour. I found Josh to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Tried to charge 100% markup on a furnace part replacement, 100%!!!! Asked to pay $950 for a smart gas valve that sells for $460 at Wolseley in Calgary (not even comparing with online)

I did reach out directly and when I voiced my concerns about the mark up I was told this is your normal markup and to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy with the price which I did. I will let other viewers judge if they think a 100% markup on parts is normal and reasonable.

The whole team was very knowledgeable and professional. They took the time explain all the options and did not try to up sell us or rush us into a decision. I felt I could trust them and I felt I was getting the right machine for my house. They did a fantastic job and the whole installation team were gentlemen. They got right to… work, no fooling around. There was no loud noises and no foul language. They arrived on time and when they were done, they made sure there was not a hint they had been here except I had air conditioner and a cooler house.
I highly recommend Boyce Heating.

I am a new customer. My previous service provider retired and recommended Boyce Heating. We just had our furnace serviced by Boyce. Have used Boyce for over 26 years when they installed our new furnace after remodelling . They’ve always provided prompt and fair service. In 2019 they installed our new furnace as after 24 years our furnace gave up.

Our older model furnace has had its share of issues over the past few years. Boyce Heating was recommended to us for maintenance some years ago by a general contractor friend who has always steered us right and this was no exception. So when the time came to finally replace the old furnace with a new high efficiency model, it was no surprise that Boyce came through with flying colours.
The price of the new furnace including installation was as good as any we found in our research and the service was outstanding. From start to finish, the entire job was completed in a single day, including removal
