The other day I furnace stopped working and I called up our regular company who had originally installed the furnace when the house was built, and have done maintenance since. However their reply was we only service furnaces on houses done within 2 years from them, and we were basically out of luck.
I did some searches and Airdrie Air came up and the reviews looked good. I gave them a call and they where able to have a tech over ASAP within a couple of hours. Brad came and fixed the issue, and even advised a couple arrears to keep a eye on, without pushing anything to be done right away on us

Our furnace broke down during minus 30 weather. Within 3 hours of calling Airdrie Air, a technician (Darren M) arrived. He was very professional and had the furnace inspected and running in short order. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will be using Airdrie Air for ongoing maintenance and recommend them to anyone who is looking for the services that they offer.

We have been very pleased with Airdrie Air and their service. We have been using them for a number of years and they continue to go above and beyond. Our latest technician Darren came back to replace our ignitor after our yearly service appointment. Even though he had several calls to go to after us, he took the time to listen to and advise on several other concerns, including the humidity issues that we have been having. Airdrie Air came out and changed the inducer fan at our house on Christmas Day. The technician Darren was fast thorough and professional through our entire encounter. Apparently our furnace isn’t a common one and out of the 5 companies that I contacted Airdrie Air was the only one that had the part required for our job. I would recommend this company moving forward to anybody that is in a pinch staring at -30 outside.

They sent me a picture of my technician before he came to my door, gave me quotes before starting any work and got me in the next day after my call. As a young female homeowner, I at no point felt like my technician was anything but genuine and he answered any questions with detailed explanation. He also was kind, followed COVID protocols and (dog people will understand) allowed a slow introduction and made my anxious pup want to play! All and all I will be a customer for life.

Thought I would wait until we had experience with the new furnaces before I wrote a review. We had our furnaces replaced this summer and the process went as expected - which is always a good thing. After the extreme cold temperatures this Christmas, I can say with 100% certainty that we made the right choice going with Airdrie Air. The furnaces have worked flawlessly keeping us warm even in -30 temperatures.

Had a Christmas day furnace breakdown. Quick response with 1 phone call. Darren the tech was superbly professional and got my heat up and running in no time. Explained what he was doing, honest about alternatives and what is worth the cost/ benefit of some alternative fixes. I would definitely use their services again and would request Darren if I could. One of the few 24 hour repair services I found that were still operating on Christmas during a deep freeze.

Our furnace decided stop working on not only Christmas Eve at 11pm at night but in the -30 degree temperatures. We called Airdrie Air at their 24/7 service line and they sent out a technician within the hour. I was very impressed with Airdrie Air. When my furnace stopped pushing heat, they responded quickly and really seemed to care. Every timeline they promised was more than met. Darren was just great and made sure my furnace was once again working efficiently. He was pleasant, on time and very professional. He explained every detail of the work he was doing, showed me the part needing replacement, got approval for every step of the job, and did everything quickly and thoroughly. I will definitely be calling them going forward for my HVAC needs.

We used Airdrie Air for our initial service call for problems we had with our existing furnace. They sent a picture of the tech on the way to our home before he arrived and he did a great job diagnosing our issue. We did in fact need a new furnace which they were able to get installed right away. All three techs we had in our home were polite and were very skilled at their jobs, the office staff were very helpful. We are very pleased with the work they have done and will definitely be using them again. We recommend Airdrie Air, you won't be disappointed.
