Big Springs Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated business that has served Airdrie, Alberta and surrounding areas since 1980. We have been providing plumbing and heating services to private homes and commercial properties for 40 years and we are a full service company specializing in residential and commercial repairs, renovations, and new installations.
We have had Big Springs Plumbing work on our house and our business, and have been pleased every time. Their quotes are reasonable and they always work within our needs, and listen to our ideas. We had no hot water 1 week before Christmas and needed our boiler replaced. Matt, Mike, Kurtis and Mason came out several times and had everything installed and working by Dec 23rd. All were very professional and friendly! We appreciated the prompt response and reasonable price very much!! We highly recommend BSP and will use them again!

Called and made an appointment . guys were there no problem ! . . . I was a bit behind . sorry! Came in , installed new tank and removed the old one . Jason and his assistant were very professional and informative with the questions I had . I've known the Gauthier family for a long time and thanks to Matt and his team , Gus will be happy to know that his business is going to be around for generations !

We had our furnace and water tank replaced on Friday, December 3, 2021. Pretty happy with the service, from when we got quoted by Matt to the workmanship of Jason K. and Reilly. Happy with the service, professionalism, and thoroughness in discussing what will be done and what needed to be done. Pricing was also very reasonable. Hope the work endures and we won’t have any problems in the future.

First time user of the service, truly satisfied with the quality of the service, professionalism and responsiveness. My sink wasn’t draining and it was fixed promptly. Also had a leaking humidifier which Steven repaired instead of getting me to buy a new one. I had a leak in the humidifier after the repairs and called it to request help; Steven came to fix it on short notice and the unit has been working well since then. Will definitely use this service provider next time. Bottom line: good value, honest and courteous service.

I called the Big Springs plumbing and heating based on the reviews and I was very disappointed. I called made appointment for tech to come give us estimate for the AC and no one showed up on the day of the appointment and I called again thr lady pick up the phone wasn’t really serious about my inquiry and took my information again and that’s about it nothing happened. Horrible customer service. I Found another company else who came on time and gave me a better deal for the AC.

Amazing and fast service. My hot water tank stopped producing hot water last night. I called around to several places and nobody could get me in till the evening. I needed hot water with little kids. I called them at 8:30am, they were at my house by 9:15am and it was all fixed and working great before noon. Very impressed with the fast service and fair pricing! Will definitely use Big Springs Plumbing and Heating again!
