During a very cold snap in Calgary we woke up to now hot water. I am a relatively handy person and chatted very briefly with Tyler. An understandably very busy time for this industry he provided a quick fix to the usual problem advising that if this didn't fix the problem to contact him back. Not only a quick fix but a ridiculously easy one that most homeowners should know to check in the winters, but don't. Larger companies would have charged a service call and more for diagnostics/repairs. Tyler saved us time and money as well as saved himself time from dealing with something so simple and is

Tyler was fantastic in responding to my hot water tank pipe leaking. He asked for a couple of pictures of where the leak was coming from and was on site in 45 minutes. He was efficient and so personable while he was fixing the pipe. He was honest about some future work inquiries that I asked if I needed and said to wait until this happens and then make the changes. Will be looking forward to the next time I need some repairs done and Poulin Plumbing will be my first call! Thanks Tyler!

Tyler is a knowledgeable furnace technician. After testing and carefully listening to my explanation about my observations on furnace, he gave me my options without pushing anything. He was even kind enough to give me tips and recommendations on how to get the most out of my heating unit so it lasts as long as possible.
