Alex did a absolutely excellent job on all our carpets.
He was very polite, upon his arrival he gave us a detailed quote, explained his process regarding cleaning and stains etc. Was very thorough and very careful with his equipment inside the house and the completed job was beautiful. Alex was great to deal with in all regards. Would highly recommend him and H & M carpet care to anyone looking to get their carpets cleaned properly. 5 star performance.

Alex from H&M carpet care just left my house after doing an extremely thorough job of my carpets — stairs, hall, bedroom and den. My carpets look amazing! He also got out some very tough pet stains that I never would have thought possible. Alex was courteous, friendly and so professional. I recommend him and this company to everyone. What a great job! With three kids running around, my carpets were in need of a good cleaning.I was especially concerned about my stairs that looked a bit darker than the rest of the house.
